In the field of textiles, Fleissner supplies continuous processing lines and finishing systems for loose-stock fibers, tops and fiber tows, woven and knit goods, continuous processing lines for printing and dyeing of tufted carpets, and impregnation lines for tufted and needle felt carpets.

Non-Latex Carpet backing system

A new system has been developed by Fleissner to replace Latex pre-coat by application of an extruded hot-melt. A secondary backing can be applied within this process. A Pilot machinery is integrated into our technology center since July 2008 and can be used by our customers upon request.

Kiss roller applications for the carpet industry

for low pick-up (10-15 %) of stain release chemicals on the carpet surface prior to steaming process. Trials with a new application technology have been successfully concluded with some of our customers and machinery is now commercially available.
