ERKO Textilmaschinen GmbH was founded in 1993 in Dülmen. The main objective was to deliver highly sophisticated switchgears on its own responsibility to the former Hergeth Hollingsworth GmbH as well as for the special machine building industry.

Today Erko manufactures all kinds of machines for the Nonwoven Industry, such as web forming equipment and needle looms.

Fleissner was founded in 1848 in Asch/Bohemia. Since 1951, the company's production is located in Egelsbach near Frankfurt/Main. Nonwovens, man-made fibers and carpet/textile finishing are Fleissner's competences.
